Low rates are better but if your thinking about opening a server, you might want to go mid rate like 1.5x - 10x also depending on the stability of the server, if all of the game interfaces and functions are operation properly then low rates but if not everything is functioning properly, i wouldn't mind playing a server with mid to high rates to compensate for the poor programming lol

I think that people that stop official aion for a reason (ban/tired/or w/e) would like a rather easy server (high rate) so that they wont farm all over again.

I am this exact case so my vote goes for high rate
