navicat is the simplest way to add items, u write there some lines and finish, and same with mobs :P

but it must be other way to add items i used to add items on phpMyAdmin but it was reconfigured Pack and i think phpmyadmin panel only works on 3 click and go server :D but its posible to add phpmyadmin on normalserver ?

if u dont like navicat, try heidisql - better, easier and free, totaly free

 

but if u are so lazy, make somethink like that:

INSERT INTO `etcitem` VALUES ('12345', 'Brain', 'false', 'none', '0', 'stackable', 'steel', 'none', '-1', '0', '0', 'true', 'false', 'true', 'true', 'Custom_Item', 'none');

 

only thing what u have to do is simply edit it, copy/paste are also lazy boy's friends, it's so easy to edit it, change table, ID, name and other shits.. just think a little
