Call of duty 4 -Question about keys

I dont really know if anyone is playing call of duty 4 multiplayer but i installed the game with a cd key i found on the internet key and i can play only single player ,in multiplayer it says key code is in use.I search for help in google and a guy said you need a unique cd key,so im asking where can i get one?
