[HELP]LOL wtf that happens?

When i join to a specific server(i don't want to refer it's name)my player's speed gets lower.I have this damn speed till i restart my cs.

Anyone knows why this happens,and IF i can change it somehow from my console.If yes,answer me :)

My fps are fine.I've checked it.I think that something else causes that,not fps.

you have cmd_Rate 101 and updaterate 101?

It could be cuz of the server,low network broadband

I use those options.And yes,it happens only in a specific server.But anyway,i think it's something about their server's options and their broadband connection,as Overdosed said.So,is there any command to change the speed?I mean to put it back to normal.

You must leave the rates 101.

It hapens only on low broadband servers.

If you will change the rates you can't play on good servers (with a normal network broadband or with a very good broadband)

Try to find non hosted home servers. (Without Low BroadBand Network Servers)

My friend went to an internet cafe and he realized that his char's speed was fucked up.

He was jumping on the air and he was making 1-2 seconds to start running.

Is this based on those settings too?(cl_cmdrate/updaterate)

The pc could be the cause too.

The client too,or the server.

Don't mess with the configs if you don't know what you're doing.

Also, don't join in servers that change your cvars!

And how can i know if my server change my cvars or w/e?
