[Help] How can i edit my custom from a pic ?

Hello guys,i have a small promplem and i need your help!

I have start work in my new project and i want create my own customs!

But i don't know how can i take a weapon from a pic(the pic it isn't Lineage2 weapons or any something for this)

and Add+ in Lineage2!

[soFaki has already do it with Final Fantasty Weapons]

And i want do it too for learn much more for modifications and help the forum :)

If you know post and explain me or post a Guide for help me :)

learn 3d modelling for max, maya, or xsi that would help. If you want smoother texture you can do zbrush as well. Texture painting in existing mesh would be as fun thing to do also
