only thing I can think of is to make your own server to find out that id, I don't think you can get it elsehow, and try out skills in admin mode or look what skills rb has active and passive

Go to rbs and at the target click at the arrow to see it buffs. There you will see the passives

You play on auto-gm server from l2dominion ? :)) . Man 1 tip for you . go GIRAN, look at 1 guy with IMBA speed and hits you 3 lethals == dead , look for him in char list, look at his skills, and press option Get skills and VOILLA, you got ALL his skills.
