Κατα κάποιον πολύ περίεργο τρόπο τα Windows 7 δεν σε αφήνουν να ανοίξεις ports.

 

Το ίδιο πρόβλημα έχω και εγώ και ούτε οι developers του l2jserver  ξέρουν τίποτα.
