[help]umodel doesn't extract ukx

guys, before 1 month i used umodel and i successfully extracted lineagemonster.ukx,lineageweapons.ukx, (in the bat i created i had umodel -export -md5 lineageweapons/monsters.ukx) but now when i try to do this with lineageweapons.ukx and fighter.ukx, a cmd window comes up and closes very fast. i managed to get a pic of it:

 

NOTE: fighter, and mfighter are nothing, i extracted them with (umodel -export fightet/mfighter.ukx)
