Download on CS 1.6 whatever you want...

After go to google and type on search your graphics card module, example my card "nvidia geforce 9400 gt drivers download"

Download it and install it. After that OpenGL graphics will work fine ;)

you must find the new drivers of your graphic card and then you will be able to play cs and other OpenGL games
