As he said for 15 days of experience in PS, he made better signature than some others here made after months of using PS, IMHO he started very well.

Work with tutorials dude, watch others works and day by day, You will be better ;)

Few tips i'll give.

 

Never add stroke/outer glows/inner glows or any other shit to renders.

Learn how to blend the render with the background you want to make.

Also read tutorials.

Good job for 15 days but the MaxCheaters logo sucks bad in there... it ruins the signature :/

maybe if you just typed MaxCheaters it would be better... but not copy/paste the logo and adding it in there :x

Text sucks. Its so flashy :O Use normal text without glowing effects and etc.
