there is no set_level? i created server and how can i lvl up my gm character? and learn all skills? //set_skill_all not working i have builder lvl 2 on character.

I will answer my own dumb question if anyone need it, in L2OFF we can use command 

//setparamf for level.

 

Example:

//setparam level <number>
