For users that want simple use and more easy its debian ! now for the newbies who think "i can open windows programs with linux?" many of programs like (firefox , adobe photoshop , flash player .. ) are and for linux that mean you can find them in linux coding and many video music players games that created only for linux if you want to open .exe files you can but with 1 program with name "Wine" that help you to open .exe files like you do in windows OS now about the install of programs ! to install only for linux programs like a game ! you can do it with commands that commands are not the same for all linux OS's you can learn (how to install - and about commands) from other Guides (i dont have time to write Guide for this ) that you can find them from google or from a Profesional friend i hope i help you to start with linux more guides coming! Credits: to me! Your words!: Do not EVER update to Linux if you have an ATI graphic card, especially an old one. ALWAYS make sure if you will find working drivers for it. Linux has no 3d support for older ati cards.
