Guys where I must do the 2 files? ( MobCuston.utx, NpcGrp)?

The MobCuston.utx you gonna put in your systexture. dat and the NPC in this text file npcgrp you will have to add in your dat Npcgrp.dat within your system. and the NPC gets the look you are going at it in idTemplate tah added that their table and puts the npc npc id you put in dat.
