Small advice from me: before you start doing something, learn the basics, in this case: Photoshop functions and options..

You want frames from this GIF:

68290682.gif

So:

  • Choose File » Import » Video Frames to Layers

In the file browser type *.* in the File Name and press Enter or click Load.

It will not open any file, but it will view every file without restriction of Type of Files.

Open Your GIF file, it will show You a dialog box regarding the imports. Press OK to import as default.

  • The file is opened in Animation (frames). You can view it from Windows » Animation
  • Now just edit or delete text inside each frame

Hmm, It can't be explained easier than it is..

 

You know, some things aren't for some kind of people, most clearly leave it, PS isn't for You sorry.
