How i change siege date?

How i spawn Npc (for admin clan for register to siege)?

I'm Using l2j ct 2.3

I see i can edit siege date in game thanks admin pannel.

But, ca you give me siege information ids (for all castles)?

Can i spawn they in giran for registration?

Yes You can, you dont know NPC's id?

 

Just teleport yourself near for example aden castle and you will find him, check his ID, and spawn him where you wish.

where is, plz help me, i search but i don't find him! can you give me id or the location of this npc?
