That's one of the weirdest things I've ever seen.

Make a CLEAN Eclipse install. Make sure you are downloading the same architecture as your pc needs (32 bit vs 64 bit) AND the same for the JDK (32 bit vs 64bit).

uninstall eclipse, make sure that you installed jdk, then go here and dl the eclipse that suits to your pc http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.5.1-200909170800/eclipse-SDK-3.5.1-win32.zip

 

then add the sub-eclipse. insert here the client that you want and ill paste ya the links from l2j server.
