Can u give me the command to change some RCON settings while i'm in game?

E.G To change server password.

that's what i found on google

 

access to sv_password cvar (by amx_cvar command)
access to amx_rcon command and rcon_password cvar (by amx_cvar command)

 

try and post the result.

Not working.BTW i realized now that i don't have the amx_menu in my server,i mean when i press 'P' the menu doesn't pop up...Anybody knows why? ???

rcon_password mypw mp_freezetime 6 (e.x: changes freeze time from game's console and  not from server.)
