[help] when ppl restart lose their items

I have a problem with my friends server...

 

.. in server when any player restart.. lose his items.. when he log back again.. the invertory is empty..

 

all chars.. and gms ,too...

 

anyone know what is going on? and if can I fix it?

Its probably one kind of java error which wipes a player after his restart.Can you post a picture of the error? I am sure that gameserver console will tell you what's going on.

First of all you the topic title.:

Avoid things like "heeeeeeeelp pls" add a real topic title something like "buffer script error" for example or such.

 

The content of the request.:

Well we cant help if we dont have enough info to do it so here some basic things whats the usefull information to get support.
