That guy either has the 383 beta or is farming posts... you cannot login until 383 is released.

 

If you want to fix this issue temporarily. You can use something like hlapex or l2phx and edit the login packet that crashes L2.NET and add 0x000000 at the end and it will work, but until then, no other way around it.
