You should have modified your Interlude system folder first with L2encdec to avoid critical errors.

Download l2encdec. Unzip it in your system folder and run patcher.exe. When it will finish you normally won't face any problem.

Please, can you explain what are thoses potions for ? I don't play on DN so I don't know. What are they adding ? New effets ? New buffs ?

They are like buff which increase your stats or increase your HP/MP regeneration or heal strong abnormal effects. Package also contains the custom mats and multisell which DN uses to obtain whose potions.
