From which quest do you obtain the coin of luck?

I think that there isn't any quest... only if admin has cteated a custom quest...

yeap there is no q it can be created by gm only...

It's not a custom item, that item is implemented in Retail too i just don't know how to get it. Of course admin could have changed  the ID and the Item properties but i think there was somewhere from where you could get that.

Coin of luck is not in quests.
