umm i dont get it step-by-step plz?

 

The background is bugged, the icon server name here too, the image is cut from the bottom and vote for us window isnt there. This is what i get  >:(  Whats wrong?

you whant to host it from your PC ?

couse if you do you must download Xampp > http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html

when you install it run the service from the Xampp icon

go to C:\xampp\htdocks and paste the files there

open your no-ip link and you are done ;D

yea Skylancer i do . . . and the site looks like that cuz i think i have php limited from my web host provider . . . But no, i have 2 mb limit and all the files are 1.70 mb wtf

 

edit: i have saved image as logo.png and replaced the old one and it doesnt give me an image, it cant be displayed, maybe you give me the image? i will tell you the server name ...
