i speaking about these newbies who start learn's how creates a servers, others and learn from scratch how do use the file i think the field newbies do not know what is file .swf ... now understand?

 

.swf file = exported .fla (flash source file) As I guess it is ripped .swf file from lineage2.com Chronicle preview. If You wish to edit this file, You should use Flash Decompiler to obtain .fla file (as I already said its source :P )
