- added duel enchant route in:

  *Triple Thrust

  *Shining Edge

  *Checkmate

  *Twin Shot

  *Rising Shot

- added route for effectPower in Bleeding Shot guessed but i use not overpowered values.

- new enchant route for:

  *Deadly Roulette

  *Sharpshooting

  *Real Target

  *Decoy (only 2 enchant route, 3 notdone)

- some values fixed, rework route cost now they like cost+time, cost+power.

- XML: All enchant skills for 3rd Class

- SQL: Cosmetic change for enchant_skill_groups.sql

- XML: Updating Multisell 310922001.xml

- Unhardcoding onAction() and onActionShift() from most instances.

- New function in SkillTable?: boolean isEnchantable(skillId) should be used for checking, instead of level.
