keep it up its good for newbies that dont know how to compiled although i dont think its too hard to do it and have the ability to apply your own java modifications

-New events for effect ChanceSkillTrigger?:

ON_START - called once when effect started,

ON_ACTION_TIME - called on each effect tick if effect still in use.

ON_EXIT - called once on successful exit (effect in use and not aborted).

New default value for "activationChance": 100% (activated always).

-XML: Some multisell fixes.
