Update with Revision 7301

Fixed in this Rev:

- GMAudit: Forget about item drop.

- Fix CREATE_ITEM work with L2Pet.

- Wrong parent object

- Added support for new effect type AbortCast?.

- Do not send system message about failure if effect does not have icon.

- Support for using effectPower without effectType (just plain Rnd(), analog of ignoreResists for effects)

- Experimental: clearing of the known attackers on region shutdown and on full HP/MP (with some probability).

- JAVA: Cwh fix

- JAVA: ItemSkills?  fix.

is this sure for gracia epilogue??? i have test the final rev and i cant log with the epilogue client why??? if its gracia final and not epilogue???

- Olympiad buff display for observers is back. It was removed because not functioning properly on PTS.

- Olympiad teleport time configurable.

- Forced buff icon update on oly start.

- Cleanup Olympiad buff packet.

- Fix for memory leak in LS thread.

- XML: Correct reuse time for Spring CP Potion

florin...u can fix the meteor/rain arrow and star fall skills? i mean to make something at them to do dmg all the hits...because inside off this skills write that we need core for this...please an answer...sorry for bad english, but if you don't understand pm me:P
