Update with Revision 7241

Fixed in this Rev:

- JAVA: Updating for the new Javolution 5.5.0.

- XML: Fix for Skill "Warrior Ability - Haste"

- Remove message about not published item (can happen on relog).

- RequestProcedureCropList? fix divide by 0.

- Build fix.

- Community: javolution update.

- SystemMessage?  correction.

- Fix for missing evade msg.

wow nice thx for update. Where you put the new files for the server in (L2J_DataPack or L2J_Server )??? I that all time look where they are the new files, the last time to put over my server I have many errors :(

- JAVA: Fix for "ItemSkills?.java" to solve a issue with incorrect reuse time in Mana Potion

- SQL: Updating "etcitem.sql" to match latest client update.

Fixed in this Rev:

- MailSystem? sending post update - disallow sending in jail, added block list check.

- Some threads rename.

- Time between two mails got decreased to 10sec. SysMsg?  about 1min is still there.

- Some crest fixes

- Territory condition for clan lvl11

- Config for random spawn in town and renamed the old config

are these preconfigured l2j packs or you can make changes on it? soz man for this stupid question.. i am newbie at developing...

this pack is clean compile, nothing modified.
