Update with L2jServer BETA 8506

Fixed in this BETA:                       

- All fixes from 10 -> 31 October (period wich i was unable to add new compiles because of health problems), ill post later changelog with all fixes.

Even if retail will go GoD, L2jServer Dev team have to work at least ~4 month's on GoD before an early Beta release.

Look at H5 it still Beta and wasn't such a big update compared with future L2 update (Goddess of Destruction).

- BETA: Using Location class a bit more

- BETA: Maps to shared:

    Changing event timers map to shared, thanks tukune for poiting this out.

    Changing active makers map to shared by Phantom2005, thanks qwert13 for testing.

    Note: This should fix NPE spam in MC Show and problems while using AltGameCreation? = True.

- BETA: Social Action back to (int, int) constructor.

  Also added broadcastSocialAction method in L2Character for quick usage

- BETA: Fixes and cleanup:

        AugmentationData?: missing type arguments for generic class.

        FuncTemplate?: missing type arguments for generic class.

        L2SkillDrain: redundant cast to int.

        AccountingFormatter?: possible fall-through into case.

        L2TIntObjectHashMap: serializable class has no definition of serialVersionUID.

        L2SiegeClan: empty statement.

        CommunityServerThread?: static method should be qualified by type name.

        L2CastleChamberlainInstance: possible fall-through into case.

- BETA: Implementing "Next Action" by CSharpRU as Yaroslav:

    Queued sit action while running by CSharpRU.

    Queued equip/unequip item action while casting a spell by me.

    Player should stop moving after casting self-buff committed in [5055].

    Note: More "next actions" implementations are missing which require retail confirmation.

- BETA: Removing deprecated client packet and the rest of [5054].

Have i havent fallow some time with fixes but did they atlast fixed freya boss?

there is already STABLE and BETA H5 Releases in L2J, so no idea what are you talking about.

Hm, i just reisnatalled Eclipse after a formating (had a lot of problems installing, but made it work) and now im trying to use the BETA Svn but i cant "checkout"... Its getting stuckt after 51,3kb downloaded, maybe you know how i can fix that? :P
