i download it the ip in l2.ini is 127.0.0.1 ?

don't modify l2.ini just add this line in your'e hosts file: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx L2authd.lineage2.com

where you see xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx put your IP

Hosts file should be located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

yes i found that so in the last line i put

for example: 87.92.63.44 L2authd.lineage2.com or i must put this: # 87.92.63.44 L2authd.lineage2.com

Use the old svn since the svn used by you was just a temporary solution till old svn was fixed.
