Cubics Power

I want to change the  magic power of Cubics  [ like  heal ammount and time till next heal / chance of paralyse  /  ammount of draining hp /  debuffing ]  but i don't know how ......  anybody got any idea about that ?  I need explanation  , thx for attention

Lol i know that cubics are skills  , but  u didn't undertsand me well lol  ...........  from the skills file  u can't change what im asking for :| 

OMG  im asking for  the power the ability of cubics , not the re-use delay of the cubic skill  lol  :D :D  read well dude  OMG

Cubics are skills so go to gameserver/data/stats/skills and reduce the power and the reuse delay.

enter the skills file and change the re-use LOOOL  , the re-use is only for summoning new cubic  , I AM talking about the magic powers of the cubic , the heal ammount and time till next heal / the  para effect / the steal hp attack and the rest of cubic powers ..... this is not infected by the summoning delay OMG man what u talking about

 

a little example here the vampiric cubic [ how to control the ammount of hp stolen and the next time the cubic should attack ]

what you want to make is cant be done with the current cubic system.
