Firstly, nice render!  :D Also, the text is perfect! (weird?)  ;)

 

Finally, you've done great job in the background! Great effects!

VERY BAD. You still think that the text is something useless, something that you just leave for the end and complete it in a few seconds.

NO! It's not.

You should pay more attention to it, since a perfect tag can be ruined by a sucky text.

 

Everything is oversharpened, in places that it shouldn't.

The background should be blured and burned in a few places, and the render should be sharpened at the focal point.

 

The borders are ok, I suppose.

 

The colors in the render and the bg do not match very well.

You could play with adjustment layers, to make them better.

 

Last, but not least, you have added many effects, making the tag tiring.

The viewer thinks "ohh it's just too much".

Sometimes simple things are perfect.

Remember this.
