on off and most of l2j server (hellbound) there is almost the same but with arrows, not scrolls.

on off i think its already fixed (you must just look, i cant cuz of inactive account). you can buy arrows and sell in normal shop with adena about x2. to be reach you can combo it with l2phx and walker to keep 3984739487534987598437598 arrows in inv (if l2phx works for you).
