First of all ..im greek .. if i open a retail c4 server and i put donates ..will i have problems like some servers had with FBI?

Anybody knows?

your safe.  The only time U.S. companies would go out of country is if they have inter-country relations and i dont think the gov. here even knows greece is a country.  And even then, you would need to be selling items or P2P like retail.

You shouldn't have really a problem, only 1 server was closed in the whole history, and noone knows what happened for sure. Other closed because they were scared.

you may be safe, but it depends on laws in country, where is your server placed

My opinion is to make the server and then if you see that you have a problem (that you probably won't) close it.

Anybody making a server in europe, and not in england, is safe. Why? If you want to start any procedure against a private server hosted in a country, you must have a legal entity in this country, NCsoft is not able to be in every european country, consequently they cannot start any lawsuit against you. At the moment, they have a legal entity in korea, japan, taiwan, china, the US, and lately in England. No worries for a greek server.
