Ye its an updated 1.6 cs , mod or smth. If it were new it would surely have updated graphics,gameplay etc. This one hasnt

Yeap that's not official, also i can't figure what you mean by "HotFile" probably from the site you copied/pasted the topic the uploader had it uploaded to Hotfile.. ;D
