The problem to this idea is that some bugs work on some servers while some don't. There are even servers where hlapex still works... Pitty such servers :/

Well.. you never can have sure if work or not... Cause in some servers can work, in others not... So i disagree :/

Too bad some bugs work only in few servers and others in other servers... But idea is good
