[Help]Players outside Cant connect to My server

Hey Guys I Need Help Cause People Outside Cant Log In My Server...When They Type Their Pass It Says That They Are Already Loged IN

Two Days Ago A Friend Of Mine Loged  IN Normaly After I Changed My no-ip,serverpack and system folder and now i have this problem....any ideas what can i do ? plz

you have put the correct ip's in the correct place's?

yeah i have put the correct ip's on correct place but foolish me i forgot to change configurations in l2 server and login cause i changed my no-ip... :S
