And another nice thing is that you smudged the render to create the background.

 

This dissolve effect looks very bad.

 

The text is bad (bad font, bad size, bad time to put this effect in the way you put it).

 

Lastly, the signature is too empty.

You could either fill it with more and better things, choose another render (this sucks) or resize the signature.

I tried to follow a guide step by step , but the way to create the bg was sucky :/
