Guys.... SERVER IS NOT DOWN.... For connect need to delete from system folder this files: l2 raha.ini , l2rahat.ini , l2-cw.ni , l2-haaaaaaaaaa.ini , l2rahaaa.ini and server work!!!

Server's site is not good ..Also tells that server have 160 ppl online and 22 heroes and 4 nobless chars..I think server is not good only from site..Good luck with your server..
