Yes,  but you need a server that not this fixed.

at first i logged and couldnt do anything with the program It said me "Debug" and "Close" and then I got dc every time I login with that program open :S 2007.7.25 21:18:25

this is just the russian version of hlapex..it does the same stuff..and if hlapex won't work..this won't work either..
