There's no way you can do this , because you can't have two programs running on the same port.

So if the gameserver is running on port lets say 8888 and you attack the server on port 8888 and then you open the anti-server attacker you must set it on port 8888 to prevent the attacks but that would have conflicts with the gameserver where the clients are connected , so it could make a mess.
