retail like l2j server

hey. i know that a lot of u ppl know much more then me (i am total newbie) so i am asking u which is atm the best l2 interlude pack to use for retail like playing with some custom things on server and the custom weapons, armors to farm (mod drop and spoil) i want to do a server 20-100x to look retail like.

 

i know that it i will take a lot of work and time but i want to learn and i have pleanty of time :)

this pack is in your dreams, interlude packs are crap those shits cant be retail like even they are cant be good for a low rate server only for a bugland highrate

If you want a good one, you'll have to modify it and make it a good one (not the best, cause new bugs are coming up every day). Since you're a total newbie, I am afraid that you'll have to find a developer and he may needs money =/
