stability and performance the retail like features are depends on because you can not get correct retail info unless you dont play on offi but you can make "close to retail" things which is good also

I believe that first of all, they should focus on the stability of the pack and after to performance and then to correcting all the skills, and make them as much as possible close to retail. But as interpid said, in order to do that you have to play on official :/.

About Quests and Retail-Like things, it depends on your server. I mean, if you have a PvP (x5000) server, you won't need a lot of quests which might not work, but if you have a Low Rate or Mid Rate server, you will need them. I hope that you understood what I mean.
