Doesnt make sense. Btw i havent come across a server where you can have more than 1500+ attack spd, highest ive seen is 1500, and thats VERY hard to get, you need all dex dyes, custom armor is your best bet, with a haste as. Good luck getting that over 1550 att spd on a server with that cap, otherwise... Still dont understand it.

btw, Tyrants full buffed can make over 1.5k atk on every server, even on official rofl. (with zealot doh)
