GH OE Skills for attribute

Hello, people! I have a question, please can someone who knows exactly answer me:

If I have Vesper Shaper 4 lvl earth (150 p.atk), so looks like I have bonus (from 4 lvl attribute) only for simple attacks (about 80%~ right?) and if I'll enchant skill backstab for +1 earth, what bonus I'll get for my dmg?

Lol thats what im wondering too, i think he ments jsut enchant his skill using a standard BOG... its impossible to enchant skills using attribute, ive NEVER heard of that before....
