Considering the first c6 private servers were launched a few days after official release, I think people can copy everything from official l2 servers.

What I dont know is.. how they do it

tested it yesterday. Nope, didn't see any wing growning at 80. They can use all weapons, Their skills were AWSOME, and many, and dmg was perfect.

 

Oh and I really liked the dynasty set, it owned.
