PS3 or PS3 Slim?

Vote and tell us why. I want to buy a ps3 but i still haven't decided which i'll buy. I am thinking of ps3 ( the fat one :P ).

In the slim version you can't have linux and it is more expensive.

The blu-ray on the ps3 slim is better than the old ps3 and the size is another obvious sign of the difference

The firmware on the ps3 slim is a lot better and cannot be used on the old ps3

Price - Is now cheaper than the older models

Power Consumption - Now uses up to 40% less power than older models.

 

My Vote goes to PS3 Slim.

The fact that you can't install Linux and use memory cards in PS3 slim, doesn't make it worse.

Imo, you should definitely buy the slim. Check this out too.

Since it has that ethernet cable port.

And I bet that they wouldn't pass an offline version of PS3, cause PSN would lose a big part of his online-community.
