Released By CrazyRabbit - Made with Dstuff's files (l2encdec.exe, patcher.exe & loaderCT1.exe) AND Sylphia's patched l2.exe file...

 

This is a little tool made for patching you system folder to be able to edit it with L2 FileEdit, just put it inside your system folder and run it...
