Problem with Mozilla.

It is the first time it happens to me. When i open Mozilla i can't scroll up and down. How can i fix it?

If u restart your pc I think it's gonna be fixed.

I have never seen it again.. as Smith said with a restart it will be fixed (as I think).. one day when I opened mozilla it pops-up an error message and after a restart it was ok...
