I am looking for aa the same system used by l2pride, l2inc, l2desire and others. I wonder if anybody here can develop a system like that and would like to know how much you charge to develop such a system. can add my msn and it can talk better.

Its a donation item in l2inc.. When you click it ,its like buffer.

Buffing your target ,it has built-in schemes and so on .. but it won't be easy to make ,defenatly.

You have to create new itemhandler...it was already shared..but as normal buffer in item (search for "item buffer")

 

I know its not same like your idea but its better than nothing ... for now.
