Dunno ,he's such a stupido.. Tries to get post ,trying to remove any credits from l2j ,to do any illegial things a,dn he spams in every topic with COOL! and in matim's topic he couldn't even see it :/

I guess he doesnt care for karma ,he doesnt know english too ,better ban him T_T

I can't see any sins from his sides, the last post in that link you've posted is clearly spam, but he has been already punished with -1 karma, and if you check his other posts, they make sense. We won't ban him for now, but I will keep an eye on him.
